The Department of Information Technology and Electronics, Government of West Bengal has developed a Single Window Clearance System for all Telecom infrastructure deployments with an objective:

• To facilitate the Telecom Companies who are willing to setup Tele Communication and Information Technology Connectivity Infrastructure in West Bengal can apply online with a provision to submit online documents and payments to obtain Permission/NOC for the said establishments or deployments.
• To ensure time-bound approval in addition to no physical connect for document submission and payments
• To encourage Telecom service providers and/ or Internet Service providers to cover the state shadow zones and improve telecom services by upgrading technology and services
• To provide high-quality internet and mobile connectivity in both urban and rural areas
• To improve digital connectivity across all government organization for improved public service delivery
